Where PRETTY DECENT COMPANY processes collect, use and manage personal data on behalf of a third-party such as a Provider or Venue Host (each as defined below), it will be considered a "Data Processor” under applicable data protection and privacy laws.

We collect personal data voluntarily provided by you when you: visit any Site and/or complete one of the web forms on the Site; register with a Site and create an account; contact our customer service team or request information from us in any other way; leave a customer review; visit our premises and kiosks; submit an order for any of the Services (defined below), or make a Ticket booking for any event, whether through physical kiosks, the Sites, or selected sales channels of PRETTY DECENT COMPANY, our Providers, or other third parties (including through selected third-party platforms linked to our ticketing system); attend any events organised or managed by us or our Providers, or enter any premises of ours or our Venue Hosts; communicate with us, including via social networking websites, third-party applications or similar technologies; or subscribe to our newsletters or emails; communicate with our Providers, or other third parties through the Sites.

as Ticket seller or Ticket Processor, for the purpose of Ticket sale administration, processing and issuance, and other Ticketed Services, including processing bookings or Tickets for admission to Ticketed Services, for operational purposes such as assigning specific seating where applicable or contacting you in the event of changes to your seat, Ticket, or Ticketed Service, handling customer queries/complaints and resolving any disputes, or for any other purpose related to Ticket sale administration, processing, and issuance (collectively, “Ticket Administration”);

as provider of the PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Site and platform provider of the Provider Sites, for the purposes of management and administration of the Sites, including customer registration, account administration and the customisation and optimisation of customer experience on the Sites;

the entity or entities operating, managing, producing, promoting or providing the Service and their agent(s) (each a "Provider"), for the Provider’s use and disclosure for the purposes of Ticket sales, Service management, administration and improvement (including customer feedback surveys), providing Service-related services, and Ticket Administration (collectively “Service Administration”);

the entity or entities owning, operating, or managing the Venue hosting the Ticketed Service and their agent(s) (each a “Venue Host”), for the Venue Host’s use and disclosure for the purposes of managing Venue admission, seating, and/or access (collectively “Venue Administration”).

Where you have consented to receiving marketing materials from PRETTY DECENT COMPANY, Provider, and/or Venue Host, and their respective marketing agents, your personal data will be used and disclosed for such marketing purpose in accordance with Section 2 below.

Our Providers and Venue Hosts may in turn disclose your personal data to their agents and third-party service providers to the extent required for Service Administration, Ticket Administration, and/or Venue Administration as set out above. It is the Provider’s and/or Venue Host’s obligation to notify you and to obtain any legally required additional consents if it wishes to use your personal data for any other purpose, or if it wishes to share your personal data with any third-party.

We collect and use your personal data to allow us to provide products, services and features to meet your needs, and to customize, develop, and improve our products and services (both new and existing) to make your experience more secure and convenient and for the other purposes. We only collect personal data about you that we consider reasonably necessary for achieving these purposes.

If you choose to use our services, we may require you to provide contact and identity information, including your name, address, email address, phone number and other personal data as indicated on the forms throughout the Sites, or which you choose to provide us with. We may take photographs or video recordings at a Ticketed Service, event, Venue or premises of ours or our Providers or Venue Hosts. We take these photographs or video recordings for publicity and promotional purposes or for such other purposes notified to you at the Ticketed Service, event, Venue or premises. Where we do so, we may capture your image or likeness as part of the wider crowd of attendees at the event. If you do not wish for your image to be used in this way or would like us to remove a photo that contains your image, please contact us using the methods detailed below. In situations where we intend to take close-up or individual photos or video recordings of you, we will always seek your consent before doing so.

Where you provide us with personal data of other persons for whom you are purchasing or booking Tickets (each a “Ticket Holder”), you undertake and warrant that:

you are authorised to consent on behalf of, and have obtained the consent of, each Ticket Holder to provide his or her personal data to us for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and PRETTY DECENT COMPANY’s Terms and Conditions; and

all information and data of each Ticket Holder provided by you are accurate and complete.

Where required for compliance with all health and safety requirements as may be specified by the Singapore government, including any directions on preventing the transmission of diseases, and all other health advisories and guidelines (“Health Advisories”), before you may purchase a Ticket or attend a Ticketed Service, we may require you to provide information on the vaccination status of you and your Ticket Holders (“Vaccination Status”). This will enable PRETTY DECENT COMPANY, the Provider and Venue to comply with Health Advisories, including without limitation, to assess event safety, comply with entry and maximum capacity requirements, and perform crowd management. Your Vaccination Status will be for PRETTY DECENT COMPANY’s, the Provider’s and Venue’s internal use for the aforementioned purposes only, and will be accessed only by their employees and service providers, and will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third parties. Please note that if you or your Ticket Holders have not completed a full vaccination regime, you may not be able to purchase Tickets to or attend the Ticketed Service.

When you register for a PRETTY DECENT COMPANY account, purchase Tickets for a Ticketed Service, or make a PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partner Order, or purchase a PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partner Product, you may opt-in to receive marketing information via email from: PRETTY DECENT COMPANY, Providers, Venue Hosts, and/or such parties’ marketing agents. This information will include the latest news on Services, including shows, events, promotions, contests and/or lucky draws.
If you opt to receive marketing information from PRETTY DECENT COMPANY and its marketing agents:

We will use your email address to inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates, and send you our e-newsletters and/or electronic direct marketing materials. We may also display event-related content and advertising on the PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Site where we believe this may be of interest to you.

Additionally, we may also use your email address to inform you about related offers, products and services provided by our PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partners, where we believe this may be of interest to you. For example, PRETTY DECENT COMPANY’s email communications to you may contain information on food and travel vouchers provided by our PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partners. You may wish to note that we will not disclose any of your personal data to PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partners for marketing purposes, and that you would only be consenting to receive marketing materials from PRETTY DECENT COMPANY and its marketing agents (and not any PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partners).

Additionally, where you submit a PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partner Order and/or purchase a PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partner Product on a website or platform owned or managed by a PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partner, the PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partner will receive the personal data that you provide to them through their website or platform. Other third parties involved in the Service may also receive your personal data. We are not responsible for the actions of these Providers, Venue Hosts, PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partners, or other third parties, with respect to your personal data. It is therefore important that you review the applicable policies of the Providers, PRETTY DECENT COMPANY Partners, and/or Venue Hosts, and if applicable and available, their appointed third-party service providers or other business contacts, before providing personal data or other information in connection with your purchase of or registration for a particular Service.
